What changes in the register, month by month
The Ministry of Health publishes which facilities are authorised today. It does not publish what changed, so there is no official record of a facility that was listed last month and is not listed now. This is that record: the register read once a day since 17 September 2026, and every difference kept.
Why this exists
A register that only shows the present cannot answer the question people actually ask: was this clinic authorised when I booked? Keeping the difference is what turns a list into a record. It is also the part no one else holds — the current list can be copied in an afternoon; its history cannot be copied at all.
