Corrections

How to get something on this site fixed, what happens after you report it, and what this site cannot change.

Report an error

Use the report form. Tell us the facility, what is wrong, and where the correct information can be seen. A link to a document or an official page makes it much faster.

What happens next

  1. The report is recorded with its date.
  2. The claim is checked against the register and, where relevant, the mirrored documents.
  3. If we got it wrong, it is fixed and the record shows when it changed.
  4. If the register says something different from the report, the page continues to show what the register says, and we say that is what we are showing.

What we can fix

  • Anything this site derived or presented incorrectly: a wrong match, a mis-read document number, a website that is not yours, a description attached to the wrong facility, a broken document link.
  • A brand name shown for a facility that no longer uses it.

What we cannot fix here

If the Ministry's own record is wrong — the legal name, the authorisation number, the facility type, the clinicians on record — it has to be corrected at the Ministry. This site reflects the register; changing what it shows without the register changing would make it a worse record, not a better one. Once the register is corrected, the change appears here on the next daily read.

If you are a patient with a complaint about a clinic

That is a different thing from a factual error on this page, and this site is not the route for it. The guide on how to complain about a clinic in Türkiye sets out the official channels, which are free and take complaints from foreign patients.
